Ltd.(General Partner of Venture Capital Fund, Wisdom Capital Limited Partnership) is a management company which was a joint venture between TCVC, Taiwan Cooperative Venture Capital which is a 100% owned subsidiary of Taiwan Cooperative Financial Holding Co. Ltd. and JC Capital Ltd.. Our management team and advisors have had many years of experience in semiconductor, ICT(Information Communication Technology) industry, and financial sectors especially in private equity and venture capital arena.
Wisdom Capital Limited Partnership
JC Capital Taiwan manages Wisdom Capital Limited Partnership, which is a semiconductor-focused venture capital fund. This fund was formed as the first semiconductor VC fund initiated by the MOF, Minister of Finance, “Billion-dollar Investment Plan” policy to support Taiwan government’s “5+2 Industrial Innovation” and “Six Core Strategic Industries” initiatives.
Wisdom Capital invests in semiconductor supply chains, such as materials, special chemicals, equipment, IC design, sensors, III-V compound semiconductor, AIoT, electric vehicles, and green and renewable energy.
Our investors and strategic partners are formed by national bank, national insurance company in Taiwan and corporate LPs from US, Japan, Taiwan and ASEAN countries working together to create a healthy and sustainable ecosystem in semiconductor, AIoT & EV, and Renewable energy.
